OUTLINE ITINERARY-EGYPT 2027
Day 0 -13 Aug : Cairo-Necropolis of Dashur & The Triad of Pyramids
Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included. Unknown Egypt Travel’s team will pick you up at Cairo airport, and offer their white glove service. A representative will meet and assist you with moving through customs, and collecting your luggage, after which you will transfer you by A/C vehicle to your 5-star accommodation in Giza (JAZ Pyramids Resort). Once you have been checked in to your room, we suggest you rest and acclimate. Meet up for our opening ritual, a view over the ancient landscape of Dashur, site of the 3 oldest pyramids that paved the way for the later great pyramid sites in Giza. Honour the wisdom of the ancients and open our sacred retreat container.
**Flights should be timed to arrive in Cairo earlier in the day, so you can participate in the evening itinerary. If a late night arrival is preferable, we can arrange an interim room for you at additional cost.
**We will be sending out details for an optional add on in case you want to arrive early and acclimate to the time zone pre retreat.
***We are offering a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum pre retreat at an additional cost, which includes transport and a guided tour. Stay tuned for details.
Day 1 - 14 Aug: Cairo
Initiation in The Great Pyramid
Yoga practice in the garden. Breakfast in our hotel. Meet up for our Opening ceremony, connecting as a group, and orientation discourse to connect with the sacred Pyramid.. Lunch on your own (the hotel has several options). Shopping for traditional Egyptian dress. Meet in the hotel lobby to depart for the pyramids. Initiation ritual in The Great Pyramid. Silence & Centering. We will have the entire Pyramid to ourselves; we will begin with our opening circle and be able to explore. Welcome Dinner in Giza with a fabulous view. Return to the hotel, Goodnight. A welcome dinner is included.

Day 2 - 15 Aug: Transition to Abydos-Purification & Receptivity
Early Breakfast box, and coffee in the lobby. Depart by luxury bus for Abydos, driving through the desert. We will connect with the land on our drive, soaking in the landscape, and honing our intentions. Lunch upon Arrival in Abydos, check in at our hotel. Intention circle & connecting with the mystic lineage of Omm Sethy. Zar ritual of purification through dance and sound, performed by local artisans, to initiate our time in Abydos. Optional dinner (not incl). Goodnight.
Day 3 - 16 Aug Abydos-Blessings of Osiris
Light breakfast/coffee in the hotel. Visiting the temple of Osiris at Abydos, connecting in the sacred shrines and stargates, time to meditate and connect in the temple. Lunch at the hotel. Visiting the tomb of Om Sety in the afternoon? Evening sound, movement, and tea ceremony with Uschi & Jaina. Optional dinner (not incl), Goodnight. *We would love to rent the temple space again for this evening ritual
Day 4 - 17 Aug To Dendara and Luxor- Activation with Hathor, The Great Lady
Breakfast at 6am. Bus drive from Abydos to Dendara 1.5hrs. Connecting at the Isis Chapel, and Sacred Chambers of Dendara. Rhythm of The Goddess, Kundalini Rising. Arrive at Luxor and check into our hotel. Late lunch upon arrival. Evening Ecstatic dance. Dinner on your own (our hotel has several options). *We would need the private space on this evening for the dancing again (rental)
Day 5 - 18 Aug Luxor-Sekhmet: Healing & Rage, The Lion Goddess
Morning Yoga. Breakfast. Visit the Temple of Karnak. Shopping opportunity for gold & silver workshop. Return to the hotel, lunch on your own. Evening visit to Luxor temple, guided tour of grounds and free time to explore the temple & avenue of The Sphinxes.
Day 6 - 19 Aug Luxor-Blessings of Isis, Boarding Dahabeya at Esna
Optional Balloon ride in early morning. Meet back at the hotel for Breakfast. Hotel check out. Visiting the sacred Isis temple on the West Bank of Luxor. Alabaster workshop shopping. Drive to Esna temple, and tour the grounds of the exquisite shrine dedicated to the Ram headed God Khnum. Board our private sailboat Dahabeya. Lunch & Dinner on the boat.

Day 7 - 20 Aug Edfu-The Body of Horus
Yoga session, Breakfast. Boat anchors and we visit Edfu temple of Horus, an exquisite shrine to the Divine masculine, which holds the sacred feminine magic in it’s heart. Walk the grounds of the temple and take in this temple of light. Our sailboat stops and we swim in a cove of the Nile. Evening party on the Nile banks from our Dahabeya.
Day 8 - 21 Aug Kom Ombo-Temple of Transcendant Healing
Yoga session, Breakfast. Stop along the Nile for visit to Bissau village. Boat anchors and we visit Kom Ombo Temple, a shrine of great healing. Hold your intentions close to your heart. Relaxing and soaking in the energy of the Nile. as we continue on our cruise.

Day 9 - 22 Aug-Aswan & The Nubian Land
Morning Yoga. Exploring Elphantine island and the Nubian Village. Lunch with a local family. Sunset sail on the Felucca boat and the Nubian beauty. Perfume essence workshop visit & shopping. Check into the hotel.
Dinner is not included, but our hotel has a wonderful restaurant.
Day 10 - 23 Aug Philae-Mother Isis
Breakfast, boat to Philae Temple to traverse the sacred shrine of Mother Isis, a temple of initiation and healing. Lunch at a lovely Nubian restaurant overlooking the island. Return to Ben Ben for rest and integration. Sunset boat ride to the ancient location of Isis’s island, swimming through the sacred gates and floating in her blessed waters. Return to our hotel, music, and dinner on your own.

Day 11 -24 Aug Return to Cairo-Giza Plateau & Sphinx
Fly back to Cairo. Visit Giza plateau and Sphinx for final ceremony. *Final farewell dinner included
Day 12 - 25 Aug Cairo - trip home
Depart at any time.
Please note that check-out time from the hotel is normally mid-morning, but luggage storage facilities are available. We are able to organize extra post-trip accommodation if you wish to extend your stay for a few more days.

· Domestic Flight: Economy class flight ticket from Aswan to Cairo.
