As a practitioner-scholar of the Shakta Tantra and Shaivism traditions, Uschi has been exploring the temples of India, studying sacred texts and ancient art, informing her teaching, personal practice, and hosting of spiritual pilgrimages.  As a lover of all things mystical, she has been curating yogic journeys in India for an international community since 2010.

 Uschi's teaching is a weaving of mystical traditions, cultivated by over 25 years of lived practice in the Yogic tradition,  and two decades of life in India. She shares Yogini Movement, Hatha Yoga asana, dance, meditation, philosophy, mythology, mudra, Vedic chanting, and ritual.
