LuckyUschi is a women run business built on 20 years of experience in  Varanasi, India. Our business model allows women to engage their work in an empowering path of earning independent income and building an individual repertoire where they are responsible for their craft, with the capacity to engage with more than one manufacturer at a time.

Providing women with financial independence, bringing them together in a safe space where they can connect authentically, and share their concerns and progress are fundamental aspects to our practicing work model.

Our garments are crafted using locally produced textiles, or mass production remnants. We also produce our own Bandhani, a hand dyed fabric, which is manufactured in partnership with a community of local Muslim women. One of our goals is to expand the reach of women's work, and bring joy and partnership into all that we do.
